This is the greatest idea I’ve heard in a long time. Basically, you use a second (or first if you don’t have one yet), gmail account as an easily accessed, fully searchable database. I’m working on setting one up, as I’d already started something similar with my first gmail, but found it difficult to read all my mail this way.
