It looks good, although from reading it, I’m unsure exactly what you’re asking them for. I agree with Tom – keep it short – but I do think you should briefly outline the issue and definitely keep your last paragralph – especially the last sentence of it.

I just wanted to add my two cents…. I’m not even sure what type of a website this is or who reads this, but I came across this after searching the internet for Farrah Ashline. Farrah Ashline is the president/ceo of Girlsgoingout.com (otherwise known as ggo) Like [Del], I also worked for Farrah. I have sued her and won although I will probably never see a penny of my money. I worked for her for nearly a month and never paid me. She is a COMPLETE liar, con artist, and fraud. I have found dozens of women whom she has done the same thing too. She simply hires people and never pays them getting them to work for her as long as she can. When they finally wisen up she yells at them and threatens them! She is a horrible horrible woman who is currently under investigation from both local and federal athorities. I urge anyone who reads this who has also been duped by her to call their local and federal agencies (like the IRS) what she is doing is HIGHLY ILLEGAL as she is not only not reporting her employees but she is not paying them or paying taxes on them. (Its the taxes that the government really cares about) Oh and by the way [Del]… you’re still up on the website. (She also keep the pictures of ex-employees up on the website as long as possible, mostly without their knowledge so people think she has a reputable business without such a high turnover rate.)

As reproach, I have contacted my lawyes and they will be contacting you shortly requesting that you remove the slanderous content immediately or that I will sue for defamation and slander which is punishable by financial damages or losses suffered to GirlsGoingOut.Com from your comments. I, too, used to work for Farrah Ashline. She never paid me. I am sure I will never see the money, either, and not, mind you, because I didn’t deserve it; I suspect what is closer to the truth is that there just *is no money* to be distributed.

I worked for Farrah Ashline as the Associate Editor of WO! Magazine and GGO back in August of 2003. I was never paid for my work, time or effort. I am in the process of filing with small claims court in Fairfax, and if anyone is interested in joining me, please let me know. My goal is that no one else gets duped by her and that those who were taken advantage of, receive justice.

Have those of you who have not gone to court yet thought about filing for some sort of class action? I’m not sure if the rules would allow it, but if enough of you came together to talk to a lawyer, it might be work.
